Five-Rock Rule is in effect this season!

We are now playing with the five-rock rule in the free guard zone.  Under the five-Rock rule, teams are not permitted to eliminate their opponent’s rocks that are sitting in the free guard zone until five stones have been played in every end.  Players can still hit the guards; they just are not allowed to knock them out of play.

Go-Round Scoring Format for 2018-19

All week-night Monday-Friday teams, with the exception of Wednesday Women will follow the point format listed.

Points will be allocated for each win, tie, loss as follows:

B 3 1 0
C 2 1 0
D 2 1 0

Announcements

  • NHCC Annual General Meeting is on April 11th!!

    The North Hill Curling Club's AGM will be held on April 11th at 7 pm!! It will be held upstairs in the lounge. The bar will be open and pizza will be served. We welcome all members to attend!!

  • Playoff Draws Are Posted!!!

    The NHCC Playoffs will take place March 6th – 26th.

    The playoff draws are now posted; click Leagues tab, then click Club Playoffs. Playoff groups are: Men’s, Women’s, Open, Mixed, Sr. Men’s, Sr. Women’s and Best of the Rest.

    ****If your team did not complete a Playoff Election form, it was not entered into the playoffs.****
