Understanding that refunds are only distributed in the event that North Hill Curling Club is unable to reopen for the remainder of the season, when the Government of Alberta allows for a reopening, I and/or my Team intend to:*

On November 12, 2020 the Government of Alberta mandated the closure of our club. In the event that we return, in order to play the same number of games as a regular season, the curling season would need to be extended. Please indicate your willingness to play in the following months (check all that apply):
