                    APPLICATION TO PURCHASE CLUB SHARES 

I hereby apply to purchase two (2) common shares of the North Hill Community Curling Club (the Club); and agree that: 

1) 

payment of $200.000 ($100.00 per share) is due upon application and is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors; which will not be unreasonably withheld; 

2) 

the shares are only redeemable through the Club; 

3) 

when redeemed, the Club agrees to redeem them at $50.00 per share; 

4) 

in any given year that I do not curl in a league controlled and administered by the Club for its membership, I am liable for an associate fee of $25.00, or such other fee as may be established from time to time by the Board of Directors; and, 

5) 

upon failing to pay the associate fee(s) incurred, the Club may without notice, redeem the aforesaid shares, and make redemption to the delinquent shareholder in the amount remaining after deducting the amount of the associate fee(s) owing.
