Week-Night Entry Form 

By submitting the form below, your Team can register for play during the 2011-2012 season. Be aware of the criteria applicable to your situation.

Entry forms must be received on or before Friday August 26, 2011, 5:00 PM. One-half of the total team Entry Fees must be paid by September 9, 2011, 8:00 PM (Registration/semi-AGM night).  The remaining fees owed are to be paid during the first week of league curling. New teams and entries not received by the deadline are relegated to the "Wait-List".  All information collected on the Entry Form will only be used for Club purposes; such as, contacting our curlers, or for producing a roster book/contact list for our evening membership.
